§ 4 Working principles

Three principles.

    Confidentiality

    Everything you share is covered by professional secrecy. Case documents are received through the client area or in person, never by web form.

    Availability

    By phone on weekdays during office hours; outside them, by leaving a message. Every development in your file appears in writing in the client area.

  3. III

    Clear communication

    The process, possible routes and risks are explained plainly. No assurance is given about outcomes; fees are agreed in advance in writing.
